AM Furniture Group is committed to following all current legislation on distance selling and electronic commerce, namely Decree Law 143/2001, Decree-Law no. 07/2004, Decree-Law no.24/2014, as well as other legal provisions that apply to e-commerce.
The stated General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of this website as well as any purchase conducted through it must be governed by Portuguese law.
Return & Refund policies
AM Furniture Group complies with the terms of article no. 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26th April, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has up to 14 days to terminate the contract, without payment of any compensation and without the need to indicate the reason, as long as the goods are in the original sealed packages, that is, without having been violated.
The consumer has up to 14 days after physically receiving the goods to terminate the contract. To do so, the consumer must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that he/she intends to terminate the contract by an unambiguous statement. Only a statement by e-mail will be considered valid.
After the consumer has stated the intention to terminate the contract, the goods must return to our facilities and arrive within 30 days after the consumer’s expedition. The expedition must be initiated during the 14 days upon arrival of the goods and transportation costs should be borne by the consumer.
If the returned goods are not defective and comply with the established return policy, you will receive a full refund of your order within 30 days after the goods are received in our facilities.
If the goods do not return to our facilities within 30 days after expedition or present any defect, your order will not be refunded.
The customer is always allowed to cancel the order before it has been shipped; all orders that are not paid within 5 working days will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Means of payment
You can use the following mean of payment: Visa, Martercard e Maestro.
There is no minimum order value.
Shipping of products
After payment is confirmed, we will start working on the expedition of your order.
This service will only be provided for buyers/clients located in the UK.
Delivery times to the UK are about 60 days, production and shipping included. The buyer/client will receive specific details about the delivery of their order by e-mail as soon as it is ready to ship.n.
Payment and transportation terms remain the same as established previously with each client. Should you have any inquiries or doubts, please contact your sales account manager.
Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for instance: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, missed connections, bad weather, etc.) or during holidays or festive events, such as Christmas. During the covid-19 pandemic, delivery times are often compromised, therefore, some delays might occur.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will contact you to schedule a new delivery. A notice may also be left for you to pick up your order at the delivery point that is closest to your address. Carriers are not responsible for the assembly and rightful placement of the items, only for delivery.
AM Furniture Group cannot be held responsible for delays that are the carrier’s responsibility.
Transfer of title and risk
Changes regarding data and cookies policies.
The product risks will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery.
The customer will acquire ownership of the products when the full payment of their order is received.
Alternative dispute resolution
A transaction completed through our website and in accordance to UE Regulation no. 524/2013 and leads to a dispute is entitled to be resolved in an out-of-court manner by accessing the online conflict resolution platform online at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
